TAMARA MAKARENKO

An expert in intelligence and risk, advising executives and leaders through reputationally sensitive & strategically critical situations since 1998.  Recognised for her global network of in-country assets and analytical acumen, Tamara has a known track record for navigating complex markets and transactions.

She previously founded and sold a leading business intelligence firm, scaled two early-stage private military and risk management companies, and has served as an independent director in sectors including defence technology.

CHARLES BURBRIDGE

Throughout his career Charles has led high-risk security, intelligence, capacity-building and military operations. A former CEO of G4S Risk Management and Scutum UK, Charles has delivered multinational programmes at scale for governments and major corporates. Charles’ experience solving complex, cross-border challenges provides Tiller Global with practical operational edge.

PAUL LODGE

Paul Lodge is a globally renowned national-scale technologist and data leader. As Chief Data & Analytics Officer at the UK Department for Work & Pensions, Paul led a £120m cloud and data transformation serving 23 million citizens, reducing cost-to-serve by approximately 40% and enabling real-time decision-making at scale. Formerly a senior leader at the National Crime Agency, Paul builds governed data platforms and AI operating models designed for high-consequence environments.

DAVID KLAIN

David Klain has been a career naval officer with senior operational and leadership roles in active service at sea and ashore, including at the highest levels of government. His career has been built in resilience, crisis management and decision support. David was Vice President International at Dynamis and Managing Director of Dynamis Europe, and a senior resilience civil expert at NATO.
